Surfacer SRP

SURFACER SRP is a plug-and-play surface roughness probe that integrates automated roughness analysis directly into CMM measurements for efficient, single-setup metrology.

SURFACER SRP integrates automated surface roughness analysis directly into CMM measurements, enabling efficient metrology in a single setup.

Plug-and-play

SURFACER SRP is a plug-and-play surface roughness probe designed for any CMM with a compatible industry-standard probe head, requiring no additional third-party hardware or software.

The probe is powered through the CMM probe head autojoint, while a Bluetooth adapter enables wireless communication with the CMM computer.

For automated tool changing, the probe is fully compatible with heads and racks that support the Renishaw autojoint.

Head Compatibility<

The SURFACER SRP mounting interface is fully compatible with PH10M, PM10MQ and PHS2 probe heads that support the Renishaw autojoint.

Automated Probe Change

SURFACER SRP is fully compatible with TSR5, TSR10 and ACR3 automated change racks that support the Renishaw autojoint.

Calibration Artifact

SURFACER SRP is supplied with a surface roughness calibration artifact. The artifact can be mounted on a change rack rail, or placed on the CMM table, during calibration.
